Hotel Sant'Agata

Initially we were a little bit disappointed in how the rooms were very different from the jet2 photos. The rooms were pleasant, but the shower is either in need of a clean or an upgrade as the water comes out so slowly. Having said that, the staff were WONDERFUL. Always willing to go the extra mile to help you and make sure you feel at ease. Feel perhaps this is more of hotel to relax in, rather be than a hotel with a lively atmosphere. Sant ágata is a lovely little village, all the people are incredibly friendly and welcoming! I’d definitely recommend going and having a drink in bar Orlando, real authentic Italian bar. The hotel is a 30 minute bus ride to Sorrento ( the views from the bus are breathtaking) and Sorrento is a stunning place with lovely little market shops, amazing pizza and pasta😂 and not badly priced. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, mainly thanks to the kind and lovely hotel staff. If you’re planning a relaxing trip to Italy, don’t give hotel sant ágata a miss!

Absolute gem of a hotel. The owner and staff could not do enough to help our stay. Only stayed for 7 nights, smack bang in the middle of everything, Sorrento, Amalfi coast, Capri, Naples and Pompeii. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable with a balcony, ours had a view of the pool, cleaner was happy to come each day to service the room but also very helpful when I was poorly to provide clean towels and fresh bottles of water. Pool wasn’t heated but I did swim twice although hubby only had the one go. The local buses were easy to find and use, tickets can be bought above the pharmacy. If coming back to Sorrento/Amalfi coast/Capri, would Most definitely book Hotel Sant’Agata

We had a brilliant 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel, friendly professional staff who are super helpful with anything you need. Location is perfect for Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi & Capri. Please take the time to look at the fabulous collection of cars and vespas in the garage. If you are looking for a wee jewel I would definitely recommend Hotel Sant'Agata... give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Grazie mille

A wonderful family owned and run hotel. Rooms spacious and well decorated, lovely balcony over looking the (not too busy) beautiful pool. Lovely fresh produce for breakfast served in a buffet style. Magnificent Snacks, cocktails and drinks are served at the pool bar. Genuinely the first time I've ever been genuinely sad to leave a hotel. The owners are very hands on and cater for every requirement without fuss. There's even a magnificent array of vintage cars and motorbikes on display. Hotel Sant'agata and the village itself are perfect locations if you want a relaxing break, or as a base for exploring the amalfi coast etc.

Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast, evening meals are well cooked and the choice of three starters and mains is broad and good for all tastes. Overall the food is good for half board. Location is as you'd expect, but quieter than Sorrento so worth the bus ride into the town as opposed to staying there. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
